Featured on CNBC’s Power Lunch during the IPO of her third company, Chloe has built and led three successful companies to public offerings, including Adaptec, Inc., Auspex Systems, and Alteon WebSystems, which later merged with Nortel Networks. With extensive board experience and a proven track record in mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence, Chloe’s leadership has driven landmark achievements, such as the integration of OtoSense, Inc. into Analog Devices. Her specialties include venture financing, contract negotiations, ERP system implementation, and HR policy development for start-ups, demonstrating strategic acumen and innovation throughout her career.

Amy Omand

Amy Omand is a dynamic and results-driven CFO with a passion for driving positive
change and transformation for growth stage organizations. With a career spanning over
two decades, Amy has honed her expertise in helping organizations navigate complex
challenges and achieve their goals.

Amy started her professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and for-profit
consumer products companies. While obtaining her MBA at UC Berkeley’s Haas School
of Business, she was inspired by a course she took on the social responsibility of
business, and pivoted her career to work in organizations with a social mission. She
joined a healthy school lunch company as it scaled nationally, an organization working
to fight poverty in the Bay Area, as well as a venture philanthropy that provided seed
funding to innovative, K-12 education organizations.

Driven by her reflections on the needs of socially-driven entrepreneurs, Amy launched a
Fractional CFO consultancy, 7 Seat Consulting LLC. She works closely with these
entrepreneurs to setup their financial back-office to be audit-ready and prepared to
scale. Her consultancy specializes in financial strategy development, compliance and
internal control setup, and sustainable growth, offering a holistic approach that ensures
financial excellence.

With over twelve years of experience in financial advisory, Aira brings extensive expertise to her role. Before joining Scrubbed, she was with KPMG, where she led projects focused on financial forecasting and modeling, financial due diligence, buy-side and sell-side support, business plan development, and creating key performance indicator dashboards. Her extensive experience spans financial reporting, compliance, tax, and capital management.

Aira is a distinguished Certified Public Accountant, having completed the Philippine CPA qualifying examination as a top finisher.
