Satoshi is a skilled strategic and operational finance executive with a proven track record of managing change and improving processes, especially in challenging environments of growth and transformation. Throughout his career, Satoshi has embraced complex opportunities involving transitions of (primarily) small and mid-sized companies to new phases of growth and efficient operations; these include transitions to business models, business processes, responsibilities, and systems. Working with leadership teams, Satoshi demonstrates a unique ability to build successful relationships, and influence alignment around key initiatives and projects.
Satoshi’s expertise comes from working for organizations such as Guthy-Renker, Lucasfilm, AT&T, and KPMG. Just prior to joining Playworks, Satoshi served 3.5 years as CFO of Coaching Corps whose mission is to ensure all kids benefit from the positive impact coaches can have on their lives through sports. His leadership contributed to the impending merger of Coaching Corps and Positive Coaching Alliance. Satoshi is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California.
Marta Rubin Kiesling
Managing Director at Dunleavy and Associates
An attorney by background, Marta is an innovative and process-oriented collaborator and problem solver, with experience in the large law firm, consulting firm, and financial worlds, and as a founder, executive director, and board member for a range of nonprofit organizations.
A member of the Dunleavy & Associates team since 2019, Marta’s work encompasses strategic planning and organizational assessment; board development and training; leadership facilitation and coaching; executive search; development strategy and support; communications; and interim executive leadership, among other consulting areas.
Marta’s past experience includes serving as the Executive Director for The ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter; Founder and Executive Director of Steel River Playhouse, a nonprofit providing arts access and education to an under-resourced community; Chief Operating Officer for the Philadelphia Film Society; Senior Consultant with Mercer Human Resource Consulting (Mercer); and Vice President/Employee Benefits Counsel for the Delaware Group (Macquarie). Marta began her legal career as an Associate with Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz (Troutman Pepper Locke).
Marta has served on numerous boards and planning teams encompassing education, workforce development, arts and culture, and health. She also has served on the PA Partners in the Arts Advisory Panel (PA Council on the Arts) to evaluate grant proposals and has provided program evaluation services for the Philadelphia Asian Theater Project funded by the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation.
A National Standards for Excellence Institute® Licensed Consultant, Marta has a BA in Sociology and American Studies from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, and a JD degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC.
James Bryan Torrico

James is currently a Senior Accounting Manager at Scrubbed specializing in nonprofit organizations. He is dedicated to helping nonprofits maximize their financial resources by overseeing grant management, expense tracking, and budget forecasting to ensure efficient and mission-driven financial planning.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (Philippines) and a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (US) with 14 years of accounting and finance background. James possesses a diverse skill set that encompasses various areas, including taxation, contracts and pricing, billing and settlement, intragroup operations, and joint ventures. Prior to joining Scrubbed, James held positions at IBM and Shell. James also possesses a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
